Verso Selected by SETAR to Provide Enhanced Services and Applications

SETAR, Aruba's largest telecommunications and internet service provider, currently offers fixed line local and international telephony, GSM and TDMA-based mobile services, digital leased lines and frame relay services as well as Internet access and IP servicesfor both business and residential customers.

SETAR selected Verso's next-generation softswitch solution todevelop its new IP-based services, including feature rich pre-paid andpost-paid VoIP services to residential and corporate customers, softphone applications, second line services and follow-me capability. The system will be integrated with the current unified messaging platform and back-office systems.

To execute the solution, Verso partnered with IPVision, a value-added reseller, who will provide advanced billing and provisioning solutions, allowing SETAR to seamlessly administer, provision and manage the Verso platform.
