PALM BEACH – On Friday evening, December 16th, Tony Roma’s Palm Beach held a cocktail celebration and open house to mark the exciting changes and additions to the restaurant that is world famous for ribs.
For many years, Tony Roma’s Palm Beach has welcomed both locals and tourists to the location adjacent to Holiday Inn, offering award-winning ribs, steaks, seafood, burgers, salads, and so much more. In an effort to evolve and keep the atmosphere as fresh as the menu, management decided to undergo a renovation of the restaurant and bar area.
A rustic but contemporary sense of place was the theme chosen by a talented team of designers who wanted a cosmopolitan feel that would also be warm and inviting, with earth tones and hardwood floors throughout setting the foundation of the new look. The bar area boasts perhaps the most dramatic changes, with a new, 360-degree wrap-around bar, made of wood and coppertop, that seats close to 30 people. Jumbo flat screen televisions can be viewed from all sides, offering a sophisticated “sports bar” atmosphere, where Tony Roma’s great menu can be enjoyed.
The main dining room features cozy, oversized booths, as well as flexible seating for larger families and groups, under soft lighting. Tony Roma’s Palm Beach’s private banquet room also received full attention, with new hardwood flooring, furniture, lighting, and artwork that resulted in a cozy ambiance for groups of up to 75 people.
Additional amenities are still underway, with the construction of an al fresco dining deck to seat an additional 200 scheduled for completion mid-2006.
