




Holiday Inn Sunspree – The Sea Breeze restaurant has just recently introduced a new menu and guests are raving about the food and the service. The new concept offers a great variety of salads and an appetizer bar featuring local-style seafood, vegetables, greens and composed salads as well as our Chef’s daily creations.
The a-la-carte portion of the menu has extensive seafood selections and hot off the grill specialties such as lemon marinated grilled steak & chicken breast, 8 oz pork chops, orange BBQ baby loin ribs and delicious chicken kebabs.
Dinner is served from 6:00 pm – 10:00 p.m., and the early seating delivers romantic dining against a dramatic sunset backdrops.
Looking the menu over we found Aruban cuisine fused with Caribbean influences. Among popular dishes Dos Playa Mahi–Mahi Negra & Simply Red Sea Scallop Penne Seafood al Ajillo; Hadicurari Marinated Shrimp and Punta Bravo Caribbean Crab Cakes; Honey Glazed Salmon Filet with Curried Coconut Coulis and Honey glazed Salmon served with Spicy Guacamole.
Desserts at the Sea Breeze provide perfect finishing touches with Cheese, Coconut & Black Forest cakes, Strawberry Mousse, Flan and Ice Cream to choose from.
