The Casino at the Radisson celebrates its 5th Anniversary with a parade of events, says casino executive Alexandra Polyzou. The five-year jubilee took off on February 25th and will last to May 14th with weekly cash giveaways. While tickets for the cash giveaways may be earned every day, the actual drawings take place every Thursday, Polyzou reveals and players are invited to accumulate as many tickets as possible towards the Grand Prize, a purse of $13,000 in cash with a $5,000 first prize guaranteed, handed over to some lucky winners on May 14th.
The Casino at the Radisson, an elegant, cozy gaming emporium is also staging a number of fun events to entertain locals and visitors meanwhile. The first happening, on April 1st & 2nd will test the skills of Blackjack players with a mere $100 buy-in. The exciting Blackjack Tournament will offer continuous semi-final rounds on Friday with the finals taking place on Saturday. Tournament winners will be rewarded with $5,000 in cash prizes.
Mid-month, on April 15th and 16th, slot players will be the focus of attention on the gaming floor with $5,000 at stake for the 5K Slot Tournament. With a buy-in of mere $25, players are invited to participate in the semi final rounds on Friday. Winners of the semi-finals will be invited to re-buy $25 for the final rounds on Saturday, with $5,000 in cash prizes.
On April 30th the Casino at the Radisson will be inviting the press, for a FREE POKER TOURNAMENT. No entry fee, no buy-in. The Aruba press will play in a Free Roll & Press No Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament with a GUARANTEED $1,000 cash prize. There is already much excitement among press members about the unusual and fun event. Since the tournament is limited to 60 press members, personal invitations will be delivered to all newspapers, TV and radio stations, one week ahead of time.
On May 7th, the last weekend before the anniversary celebration wraps up, Aruba's business community will be invited to participate in a Poker Tournament. Aruba's Charity No Limit Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament is inviting local business people to buy-in just $40 and later give all prize money won to a charity of their choice. Winners will be invited to hand a fat check over to their favorite social cause, having much fun gaming and doing good, at the same time.
The tournament is also limited to 60 persons, thus invited guests are urged to RSVP at their earliest convenience.
