The Blue Lobster restaurant continues innovating and growing as time goes by, after now 6 weeks, we have compiled lots of suggestions and recommendations from our customers and since they always meant good for our operation we cannot let this go without serious considerations.

Now our menu has been adjusted to what most of the clients have recommended us to do, and more lobster dishes have been added to the menu. We now have our staff beautifully dressed with white long sleeves shirts and nice turquoise blue vests. All this together with the human care and charm of the waiters and waitress makes your restaurant much more pleasant.

Haidy whom has made so many friends and has gotten so many compliments from our customers, have been rewarded with  a promotion, she is now the Restaurant Service Supervisor.

All our inside chairs count now with a soft cushion and seating inside is now much more comfortable. And like this we will continue improving and making the necessary changes so you can count with the best food, the best service and the best prices.

Our wine list has been also increased and much more quality wines have been added. Including Pouilly Fuisse, Clos Du Val, Cavernet Sauvignon and some other traditional wines. Champagne is also available and very reasonable priced. Like Duval-Leroy Brut.

You really need to come and see all this progress for yourself. So you are invited!

In order for us to be able to dedicate the necessary time and effort to our dinner time, we have decided to reorganize our LUNCH service and this will be suspended for some time, when we will come back with a New Lunch Menu. Please be patient it will not be for long.
