Take it Home with Aruba's Texas de Brazil Upscale Brazilian Steakhouse

Recently, the Brazilian steakhouse announced they will be adding a takeout menu to their list of already stellar services. For a minimum purchase of $35 Texas de Brazil lovers can place an order via phone and in about 30 minutes have it ready and waiting to enjoy.

The new take-out menu items come from the fixed Texas de Brazil menu and range from grilled meats to side dishes to desserts. “We introduced the take out menu concept so our guests can enjoy our quality food in the comfort of their homes,” says Evandro Caregnato, Culinary Director of Texas de Brazil.

All cuts of meat offered at Texas de Brazil are cooked in the traditional Brazilian Churrascaria cooking style. The meat is slowly roasted on a skewer over an open flame cooked to the customers preference and usually served with a side such as potatoes or green beans.

Texas de Brazil’s take out menu will be available at all locations: Addison, Dallas and Fort Worth, TX, Memphis, TN, Miami, Miami Beach and Orlando, FL, Schaumburg and Chicago, IL, Richmond and Fairfax, VA, Las Vegas, NV (coming late 2008), New Orleans, LA (coming June 2008) and Aruba.

Meat prices range from $12 to $24, salads from $6 to $13, side dishes from $6 to $13 and desserts from about $6 to $7. A recommended meat serving is about half a pound.

  • Flank Steak or Leg of Lamb
  • Filet Mignon or Filet Mignon Wrapped in Bacon
  • Brazilian Sausage

Cold Salads:

  • Potato Salad
  • Balsamic Marinated Tomatoes
  • Hearts of Palm Salad

Hot Side Dishes:

  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  • Sautéed Mushrooms
  • Lobster Bisque

Desserts:

  • Banana Foster
  • Chocolate Mousse Chocolate Cake
  • Caramel Cheese cake
