Palm Beach, Aruba (April 8, 2008) – Since Ruth’s Chris Steak House opened its doors at the Aruba Marriott on February 11th it has been a ‘full house’ every night. With an average of 200 covers per night, the famed steak house is a ‘must’ for Marriott guests and owners as well as locals. Due to the high demand in reservations, Ruth’s Chris management has decided to extend the opening hours of the restaurant and open its doors as early as 5:30 PM.
“We started on Saturday March 15th with the new opening hours of 5:30 PM till 11 PM and it has proven to be very successful. We have a much lower demand for late night dining than for early evening seating. Opening at 5:30 PM was the perfect solution for the high demand for early evening reservations” explains Eduard Renaud, general manager of Ruth’s Chris Steak House Aruba.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House finds its origin in New Orleans where the first steak house was founded by Ruth Fertel over 45 years ago. Now, there are more than 100 locations worldwide. Today, as then, you’ll always find exceptional steaks, selected from the top 2% of the country’s beef and served sizzling hot -- broiled in 1800-degree ovens and served sizzling on 500 degree plates. “My personal recommendation would be the Porterhouse for two, a USDA Prime cut that combines the rich flavor of a strip with the tenderness of a filet. It is absolutely delicious”, states Renaud when asked about his preferences on the menu.
Ruth’s Chris also features a superb wine list, winner of the prestigious Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence", featuring over 250 world-class international and domestic labels.
