The new Senor Sanchos, a fusion restaurant with French and Mexican elements replaced Pasion on the Palm Beach Road. The opening party entertained over 100 press members, tourism and government officials including the Minister of Culture Ramon Lee and his distinguished wife. The minister was also entrusted with the official ribbon cutting ceremony. Executive Chef Maarten Smeets dished out his famous signature ribs and fajita beef which the guests enjoyed over bottomless flutes of champagne.
The restaurant boasts an appetizing menu of Mediterranean and Mexican favorite with a Caribbean twist. It also offers an extensive Italian - French wine list.
