Radisson Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa Names Rachel Noordermeer Director Of Food & Beverage

ARUBA, March 5, 2008 – Radisson Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Noordermeer as director of food and beverage for Radisson Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa. In her role, she will oversee all culinary offerings at the AAA Four Diamond rated resort including the signature dining experience at Sunset Grille. She brings 12+ years of experience and will work closely with veteran Executive Chef Matthew Boland to create exciting new culinary offerings in the four restaurants, banquet facilities and in-room dining including the luxurious Plaza Club.

Prior to her second arrival at Radisson Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa, Noordermeer served as assistant general manager at La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club and was responsible for opening the Texas de Brazil restaurant in Aruba from the construction phase. She returns to the resort after serving as director of convention services and catering earlier in her career. Rachel’s culinary career began in The Netherlands and Switzerland after earning a degree in Hotel Administration at The Hague.
