Papillon prepares a treat for Mother's Day

Chef Bas Kuurstra has come up with a mouthwatering menu, consisting of breakfast favorites, appetizers, main courses and desserts that no mother can resist. Throw away your diet for once, Mom, and enjoy this superb brunch to the fullest.

Papillon’s brunch is called `Swinging à la Carte’ and that means that you can choose whatever you like. Start with dessert and finish with breakfast, just gorge yourself on the appetizers or eat only the tempting main courses: in short, do as you like, how much you like and whenever you like. This is your day, Mom, and just go for it in the company of your loved ones. Expect unlimited tea, coffee, juice, champagne or mimosas and live music to make this unique experience complete.

So what’s on the menu on this 2012 Mother’s Day? Well, one can start with French toast made of sweet raisin bread, eggs Benedict or a spinach omelet, vichiçoise, chèvre salad, carpaccio or crab cakes. Main course options include French favorite Canard à l’orange, grouper, aji shrimps or boeuf Bourgignonne. The desserts are irresistible, so save some space for them: chocolate mousse, crème brûlée or a Dame Blanche.
