The picture book for kids “Ollie, Assie en Pelie - een modern sprookje over vriendschap” is published with ISBN 90-809729-1-6.
This book is in Dutch and is written by an Aruban, Joyce Herry, illustrated by Yvonne Duncan and designed by Paulien Tabak.
The story is about two little girls which are totally different, but can’t live without each other. Ollie is a colored and Assie is a white girl. Ollie is going with her little brother and her parents to the tropical island of Aruba, far far away. So they will miss each other.
But Ollie is going to get Assie back, with her new friend Pelie, the pelican.
The publisher is taking care of the distribution of the book.
The price is € 12,50 (about US$15,=) you can order it directly from the publisher. The book and the bill will be sent together. The bill must be paid within 14 days of ordering and mailing will be additional at your own expense.
