Palm Beach – The Occidental Grand Aruba recently hosted a very special guest, Carlos Figaredo, senior manager of Business Development for RCI in Latin America. Figaredo was on the island to personally present the Occidental Grand with a RCI Gold Crown Resort Award for 2007.
As a recipient of the Gold Crown Resort Award, the Occidental Grand is now a member of RCI's top 10% of elite hotels that qualify for the award.
Very few resorts are recognized as RCI Gold Crown Resorts. These resorts have attained the highest level of excellence in resort accommodations and hospitality. Each resort that receives the Gold Crown designation has met quality and service requirements based on both RCI Member Comment Card ratings and an evaluation of resort facilities, amenities and services.
Recipients of the award for superior quality and exceptional service have met standards in five RCI Member Comment Card categories and each resort facilities category in the evaluation.
