New Arrivals at the Sunset Grille

Palm Beach. -- The Radisson Aruba Resort & Casino is proud to introduce new arrivals at the Sunset Grille. Aruba’s first, original American Steakhouse now features a number of new items on its menu, items which frequently appear on Best Steakhouse menus in the U.S.

Among dishes making their debut at the restaurant: Mixed Grille, 6 oz Filet Mignon,
2 Double Lamb Chops, 4 oz Veal Oscar, Genuine Dover Sole and Osso Bucco. The Osso Bucco, a classic Italian classic, different and a bit unexpected on a steakhouse menu, became an instant hit at the Sunset Grille. “Well,” says director of Food & Beverage Barry Berner, “it is after all about expecting the unexpected, which separates ordinary restaurants from great restaurants.”

“The Sunset Grille’s Osso Bucco has proven to be very popular and trendy since its introduction,” says Executive Chef Matt Boland who also reports the introduction of new Steak Butters, in three delicious flavors, Port Wine Shallot and Stilton, Garlic Pesto and Mange Lime Cilantro.

The Sunset Grille serves its signature steaks and chop from its climate controlled dry aging room. The restaurant ages all steaks a minimum of four weeks for extra flavor and cuts all steaks to the exact weight shown on the menu. The Sunset Grille serves Certified Angus Beef and Prime Beef which is the highest grade USDA available on the market. Just 2% of all beef is grated prime. All steaks and chops at the Sunset Grille are cooked to perfection on a wood burning grill.
