Palm Beach – Meet Aruba officially introduced the island of Aruba to top decision-makers during a weekend Destination Review.

The dignitaries invited on a Destination Review are here to literally ‘kick the tires,’ experience how the island may cater to their clients’ needs, first hand, and discuss future group business for 2008.
Destination Reviews are organized periodically by Meet Aruba, the marketing arm of the Aruba Hotel & Tourism Organization, as represented by Donna Del Gallo and Steve Tipsword, in collaboration with the Netherlands Board of Tourism Conventions, contracted to help represent Aruba in the US and Canada, facilitating the booking of groups and incentive travel. The Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association’s Ed Malone also formed part of the welcoming delegation.
The group’s first evening was spent on the beach at a sunset cocktail on Moomba Beach followed by sumptuous dinner at Hadicurari Restaurant.

The Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association impressed upon the visitors the ease with which meetings and incentives may be organized on the island as it enjoys over 100 weekly international flights and offers US Customs and Immigration clearance, besides buses, taxis and limos, fantastic hotels, great food, wide use of dollars, proficiency in at least four languages, internet coverage and technological savvy beside pristine beaches and good weather.
Meet Aruba in conjunction with the NBTC educate decision makers in the groups and incentive travel segment of the market introducing a fresh, cutting edge and exciting approach to destination marketing.
