Karin Swiers served at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino as Marketing Communications Manager for nearly 2,5 years. Karin joined the Aruba Marriott in 2005 as the Public Relations Manager and has built the Marketing and PR department as it is today. During her five years with Marriott, Karin focused her efforts on local press, international media requests, television and radio promotions, e-commerce, social media and local advertising. She has been instrumental during the resort’s $50 million renovation and creatively executed marketing efforts for the Aruba Marriott. Her personality and dedication has resulted in successful PR ideas and stunts, which for many will remain memorable.

At the farewell luncheon, Karin received many Aruba gifts, for her to remember her beloved Aruba Dushi Tera.

Karin will truly be missed in Aruba and the Aruba Marriott team wishes her all the best as she takes up a new adventure in the Netherlands. Bon voyage Karin.
