PALM BEACH - This past weekend, some 300 friends and supporters put on their cowboy boots and hats to attend Island Temptations' Wild West party held at Rancho Notorious. The unique venue provided the perfect backdrop for the fiesta that marked the award-winning island lifestyle magazine's 10th edition.
Currently available in all hotels and various retail outlets, the Spring 2005 edition promotes the island's unique "desert meets the sea" landscape, tying in Aruba's exciting Pacofino horse culture, as well as the latest fashion trend of western wear paired with soft feminine details.
Public Relations and Special Projects Director Rona Coster and Editorial and Creative Director Tina Causey-Escobedo conceived a unique night of fantastic food-catered by the Radisson Culinary team, drink and fun that included a rock and blues band, Mariachis, a deejay, and an amazing horseshow that had Pacofino horses dancing around the cocktail tables. And let's not forget photographer Steve Keith's very own Tequila Sangria!
An interesting guest list included bankers, hotel executives, and government officials rubbing shoulders with artists, musicians, models, media and other exciting island personalities.
