Grand Prizes Keep "Flying" At Stellaris Casino Take The Plane To Spain Promotion Ends

PALM BEACH, ARUBA (DECEMBER 7, 2009) – On December 4th, the final drawings for the 4-week “Take the plane to Spain” promotion took place at the Stellaris Casino, Aruba’s largest gaming facility. Every player received one raffle ticket for every 20 points earned by playing the coinless slot machines. Out of the 20,949 raffle tickets in the tombola, Marriott’s guest Ms. Michelle Monokoff from Tuckahoe, New York was the big winner. She won the grand prize, two tickets to Spain and $1,000 in cash money. The trip consists of a 3-nights stay in Barcelona and a 3-nights stay in Madrid.

An additional $ 2,700 was given away in prize money to 13 other visitors of Stellaris Casino. The winners of $100 each were Flor Rivas, Aster Marquez, Nora Lampe-Dabian and Antonuis John. The $200 winners were Carmen Mangroelal, Runoldina Geerman, George Barnes, and Jacqueline Semeleer. Cynthia Latham, Patrick Figaroa, Janet Falcone, Juwaija Croes and James Bielot all won $300 in cash prizes.

December, known as the month of presents, had yet more gifts in store at Stellaris Casino. Following last week’s winner Manfred Mack, another Marriott guest was eligible to win the Stellaris Airways promotion. This made Ms. Suzanne Reilly from Orchard Park, New York her trip to Aruba worthwhile. Suzanne won her and her husband’s entire airfare of $859 in cash.

Entering for the promotion is only possible for Marriott’s hotel guests and timeshare owners who earned at least 1,000 points on the slot machines or 400 accumulated win points at the table games in one week. Guests will then receive 4 tickets to enter for the promotion.

A raffle takes place every Thursday night in the casino and the winner receives the costs for their airfare to Aruba in cash, up to a maximum of $2,500. Every week guests have a renewed chance to win by accumulation points on their Preferred Players Card from Friday to Thursday. The raffle can only take place if a minimum of 15 loyal players entered their raffle tickets for the promotion.
