Palm Beach.– The Wyndham Aruba Resort, Spa & Casino’s Director of Food and Beverage Franz Sydow just released the poster of the upcoming Rock concert dedicated to the late Freddy Mercury and his legendary band Queen, which will take place at the Wyndham Aruba Resort Spa & Casino on Saturday May 21, immediately after a gala dinner prepared by celebrity chef Laurent Cantineaux featuring French-Caribbean specialties. The gala dinner will start at 7:30 p.m., and will be hosted by the Wine Club of Aruba. Wine sponsor: Moet Chandon champagne. The event is open to the public and is priced at $115.00 + 17% per person.
The concert God Save Queen, a tribute to Freddy Mercury will be featured after dinner, at 10 p.m. to midnight, live with famous local musicians among them Maria Rivas, Elisa Rego, Alexis Peña, Ernesto Ferro, Gerardo Uvieda, Toni Olivieri, Hildward Croes and Soraima Luna.
The first annual Aruba Wine and Arts Culinary Festival will take place at the Aruba Wyndham Resort Spa & Casino May 19th through the 22nd, 2005. The festival will combine great food and wine with a major art exhibit, two seminars, a trade show, and a jazz jam.
