P1010504_web.jpgThe result of the generosity of many satisfied clients at EetCafé The Paddock, a giant bottle filled with coins, was donated to the Clown Doctors last week. The Paddock team had decided that they wished to make the Clown Doctors happy in gratitude for making the children and the elderly of Aruba happy. Bartender Estefany admires the work of the clowns, who visit the children’s ward of the Dr. Horacio Oduber Hospital, the mentally challenged children as well as the elderly of Aruba on a weekly basis. Owner Wilma Lageweg and her crew of Gert Jo, Sueli and Robert were all in favor and so one of the strongest clowns showed her muscled and carried the bottle to her car. She has quite a big job to do, counting the coins!

In the future the Paddock, the striking restaurant at the harbor in Oranjestad, will have a regular donation box for the Clown Doctors. Many thanks, The Paddock!
