** Silver Certification by Internationally Recognized Environmental Organization Reflects the Properties’ Commitment to Sustainability**
Less than one year after receiving benchmarking status, the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives have achieved Silver certification from Earthcheck, the world's largest certifier of sustainable travel and tourism operators.

The Divi & Tamarijn Aruba’s first on-site audit took place on February 22, 2011, which earned them Silver certification status. Earlier in 2011, the properties received Bronze certification based on their benchmarking in 2010. They are now among just seven other hotels on Aruba that have achieved this level of certification from Earthcheck.
In order to become Silver certified, the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba were required to meet measurable standards for key environmental indicators such as energy and water consumption, total waste production, community commitment, and others. Having met these standards is the result of hard work and dedication on behalf of the properties’ staff under the leadership of General Manager Marin Bijl.
Located just thirty minutes from the airport and five minutes from Aruba’s capital city, Oranjestad, the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba resorts are set on beautiful Druif Beach, with a shopping arcade and the Alhambra Casino nearby.
