De Palm Tours again received the MLT Vacations Quality Assurance Award presented at MLT University in Minneapolis, MN this October. MLT Vacations, a leading provider of vacation packages in the U.S., recently announced the winners during their annual travel agency educational and networking event.

The Quality Assurance Award recognizes qualifying hotels, destination management companies and rental car agencies in Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America, and the United States. For the 2015 award, data was gathered from hundreds of thousands of customers who traveled with MLT Vacations. The annual Quality Assurance Award is earned by partners that achieve a 99% customer satisfaction index and product delivery performance during the preceding 6 months.

Out of the more than 4,000 hotel, destination management companies and car rental partners offered by MLT Vacations globally, an elite group of 207 hotels, 19 destination management companies and 3 car rental companies earned MLT Vacations’ Quality Assurance Award designation for 2015.
