The Big news which Cuba's Cookin' would like to announce is that we have a new chef, and to top it all off - a Cuban chef which we are really thrilled about. Aldo Becerra from Camaguey, Cuba has raised the level of our cuisine to cutting edge Cuban Latin Cuisine.
Aldos' many years experience as a chef in the Radisson hotel chain and furthered along with cooking in the kitchen's of Victorio here in Aruba have really broadened chef Becerra's cooking touches.
Douglass Markus, Publisher of Nights Publications and owner of Cuba's Cookin' has confided, "That with Aldo's Cuban presence, the entire energy of the restaurant has changed and as the dishes come out of the kitchen everyone starts pointing and saying….I want one of that!"
Joining this completely Cuban experience are the Father and Son Duo of Ramon Riveron (guitar/vocals) and his son Saioky (bongos/vocals) from the city of Cienfuegos.
All in all it's an exhilarating evening of true authentic fun, food, dance and song that only two hours in Havana Cuba could provide – all this without a passport, immigration hassles or the need to travel further.
