Costa Linda enhances its product

General Manager Joy Viapre and controller Pearl Peters are women-warriors on a quest. They have been quietly and tenaciously working on behalf oftheir resort to transform the sleepy sold-out timeshare into a vibrant, happening place. As of recently, Costa Linda’s management is proud to present members with many more profit-centers which will guarantee the continued successful operation. Mo’ money is naturally the key, as maintenance fees can only go that far. "With prices increasing, in today's economy alternative sources of income must be explored," states Viapre.

The strategy has so far yielded Mar Azul Spa, on the beach in a charming hut. Hear the rustling of the wind in the palm fronds while receiving a deliciously professional full-body massage. The deserted accounting space in the back of the parking lot behind Bucuti and Casa Del Mar's Ambassador wing is now Pizza Bob’s hang-out. It will be opening this week featuring a large bar & terrace and a private dining room. The Chicago style thin-crust pizza traveled from Tomato Charlie’s in San Nicolas to Palm Beach and Tanki Lendert, it is now grabbing hold of Costa Linda.

The original Pizza Bob, the guru of melted cheese and pepperoni is now the designated operator of the café there. His good-looking son is in charge of promotions. Insiders report they will also be serving Senior Sanchoz ribs, sweet and tangy. In addition to that business partners, husband and wife team, Anthony & Lisa Blok are inaugurating a store in the lobby this week. Called Tropical Temptations, it will stock fine beach fashions and souvenirs, an e stop shopping spot on a grand scale. Next, an air-conditioned dining room for the Turtle's Nest and the sale of the millionaire's apartments just constructed off the lobby on the first-floor of the resort.
