The setting will be different, but expectations are running high for the shows that musical star Jasper Taconis and opera singer Manuela van Geenhoven will be giving at CILO City Lounge this Monday and Tuesday evening. On the island for Cas di Glas, a fundraising happening at the Palm Beach Plaza Mall that is currently keeping the entire island in thrall, the two singers have made waves with their excellent performances.
Manuela van Geenhoven is an accomplished singer, whose light repertoire keeps her audience more than a little entertained. Jasper Taconis is no newcomer to Aruba (and to CILO): he even has his personal fan club on the island! No wonder, this guy is absolutely great. He sings musical scores, but also popular songs and evergreens. His rendition of the opening song of Cas di Glas `This is the Moment' even drew some tears.
Jasper Taconis is scheduled to sing at CILO City Lounge, the amazing marina-view restaurant on the corner of the Renaissance Marketplace, on Monday, December 17. The lovely Manuela is performing on Tuesday, December 18. Showtime is 8 pm. Enjoy!
