December 14, 2010 - Mr. Ewald Biemans, Owner of the renowned Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort in Aruba, received his 2010 Five Star Diamond Award from the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences (AAHS) on December 8, 2010 during the International Luxury Travel Show in Cannes, France. The award, presented to Mr. Biemans by the organization’s President, Joseph Cinque, is given to superlative establishments in the hospitality industry that are deemed to be of pinnacle quality in their travel, cuisine, luxury products and services. Also present to award Mr. Biemans were Miss Universe 2010, Ximena Navarrete, and Karen Dixon, International General Manager, AAHS.
