The music of El Prove, Aruba’s famed saxophonist and clarinet player, is the perfect accompaniment to a special dinner at one of the island’s fine Italian restaurants. The Cuban born musician completed his musical studies at the Music Conservatory of Havana. He performed with Cuba’s most popular singers, participated in international tours and festivals including the Jazz Plaza Festival in Havana with renowned artists like Chucho Valdez as well as numerous shows all over the world. “El Prove” is performing during dinner time at Giorgio’s – Ristorante Italiano on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 7:30pm until 10:30pm for a wonderful dinner experience with the newly introduced menu by Chef George Hoek. Giorgio’s is also a great place for some delicious after dinner entertainment with home-made desserts and cocktails.

The French Steakhouse is blessed with the nicest staff, a delightful dining room with sparkling china, crisp linen and live jazz on piano with Eddy Samson. Accompanied with a brand new dinner menu the French Steakhouse is a popular dining scene for tourists and locals alike. The idea of adding a tropical outdoor courtyard to the existing blueprint began to sprout in the creative mind of chef George Hoek and he immediately recruited the landscapers to create the intimate, romantic setting.
Start with oriental shrimp tempura with an avocado relish, seared tuna with oriental citrus sauce or stuffed mushroom with crabmeat. Discover the local cuisine with keshi yena, a cheese stuffed with a savory chicken mixture. Enjoy our tuna steak with sesame seeds, the brushed mint grilled lamb chops or the seared filet of beef topped with Boursin cheese and mushrooms in puff-pastry with a red wine sauce. The famous 12 oz beef tenderloin churrasco is served with crispy fried onions, sautéed mushrooms and chimichurri sauce. For dessert, the homemade apfel strudel is not to be missed!
