In April, the Crescendo Foundation presents the Crescendo Piano Competition 2010, which will be part of the Piano Festival, which will take place from April 17th to 24th, 2010.
The Crescendo Piano Competition gives talented youthful pianists from Aruba a chance to be discovered and acknowledged. The Aruba Scholarship Foundation grants the winner of the competition one full year of piano lessons with a teacher of her of his choice. The winner of the competition also receives an invitation from the Classic Music Board Bonaire to perform in a recital, next to internationally acclaimed musicians. The competition is open to Aruban pianists between the age of 8 and 18 as of the first day of the festival.
