Under the guise of a winter beach holiday to celebrate the birthday of Mark Brady, Mark had been planning to propose for some time. Mark, after arriving in Aruba carefully planned his proposal behind the scenes by enlisting the help of expert Bucuti Resort Concierge Alfons Linders to obtain freshly made Belgian chocolates, fresh roses and Champagne to be ready and waiting on the beach for his return from dinner where he planned to propose during a moonlight stroll with Christine.
Mark and Christine met a year ago on a blind date organized by mutual friends. Christine, who has been to Aruba before, was the one who chose Aruba after searching the internet and finding the Bucuti Beach Resort which she loved right away as the small romantic getaway resort they were looking for. “We’ve been playing golf, enjoyed a snorkel cruise and otherwise have been enjoying the expanse of Bucuti’s powder white beach and turquoise waters. We love Aruba and will be back!”
