January 2006 - - Eagle Beach, Aruba - - Bucuti Beach Resort’s renown 14 acres of powder white beach and bright turquoise Caribbean sea was the setting for the intimate wedding for visitors Sandra and Al Alverson from the USA’s 4th largest city, Houston, Texas.
Al is an information technology consultant and Sandra is a quality improvement professional with the Methodist Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. The couple met during a conference in Phoenix Arizona in September of 2003.
They chose Aruba because of “so many positive on-line reports from others who married in Aruba and who reported how friendly the people are. We chose Bucuti because of the dozens of on line reports we read about the beach and the friendly staff as well as the wedding planning services, which are second to none”. The couple is staying in the stylish Tara Suites and brought 11 friends and family members to Aruba for the wedding. “We Love This Place!” writes the enthusiastic Sandra. “This is an experience of a lifetime and one we will never forget. Pictures do not do justice to the incredible beauty of this island. We can’t wait to come back! “
