The First Annual Art, Food & Wine Festival hosts a press conference Palm Beach. The Wyndham Aruba Resort, Spa & Casino hosted a press conference outlining some of the events which will be unfolding at the resort during the upcoming festival May 19th to 22nd.

On the program, an extensive art show by the local artist community, three gala dinners prepared by local celebrity chefs, the National Culinary Team and visiting culinary great Chef Laurent Cantineaux.

The program also includes a Jazz jam, a rock concert with EA - a rock band from Venezuela, a trade show for hoteliers and restaurateurs with 38 wineries from Europe and the US, and an exciting happening organized by the Aruba Gastronomic Association with thirteen of the best local restaurants in attendance.

Three wine seminar, a cocktail reception, a book signing and an art auction, promise to further enhance the weekend of activities at the resort. A concert, God Save Queen, a tribute to singer Freddy Mercury, is offered as the finale event, in the Grand Palm Beach ballroom.

The press conference at the Wyndham was conducted by Director of Food & Beverage Frans Sydow, General Manager Rob Smith, Aruba Gastronomic Association coordinator Fern Pochettino and Rona Coster who is at the helm of the art show. Festival partners, restaurateurs, musicians and wine
suppliers also attended the event.
