Two island residents Dr. Gary Lesker and Clevey Villaverde were married on the beach
at the Radisson Aruba Resort & Casino at a perfectly orchestrated series of events which started with the exchange of wedding vows and rings and the breaking of a glass according to Jewish tradition, right at sunset.
The affair then continued with a catamaran sail along the Palm Beach, serving chilled French champagne and dainty snacks.
The evening culminated with an elegant toes-in-the-sand dinner party, lit by tourches, decorated with tropical
flowers, catered by the the resort's culinary team. Live music, dancing, and a third wedding ceremony, this time in Spanish, sealed the deal for Gary & Clevey who were also married that morning at the Oranjestad city hall.
The union was witnessed by a contingent of Leskers from Aruba, California, Alaska, New York and Arizona. They were joined by representatives of the Villaverde family from Venezuela.

Reverand Gibson officiated over the ceremony laced with poetry and pearls of wisdoms, asking the lovebirds to give each other space to grow individually within the marriage, for the divi and the palm tree grow not in each other shadow.
Pictured here some happy celebration moments.
