PINCHOS

A new bar & grill is in the making at the Surfside Marina. Owners Annabelle & Robby Peterson are both hoteliers, now abandoning the concept of working for someone else to embrace working for themselves. Annabelle was for many years at the Sonesta, pre-Renaissance days. She is now pursuing special projects with the Aruba Tourism Authority in the marketing field which is her forte. Robby as of recently served as the General Manager of Divi Phoenix. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of tourist life from water sports to operations. The couple will be pooling their professional resources to create Pinchos, a grill with a South American flair where bite size meats are served on skewers accompanied by different dipping sauces. Pinchos’ new business card promises to deliver a fusion of passions: Food, Beverage, Service and Atmosphere. The restaurant is blesses with beautiful ocean views as it is located in the new marina, adjacent to Havana Beach Club, fondly referred to on the island as Surfside.
