Businessman Francis Gil is happy to announce Saturday's opening of Azul, on the main street. The first floor's soft opening happened early this week and the beautiful boutique has immediately been patronized by locals and visitors. The second floor opening is scheduled for Saturday. Azul stocks men's wear, Tommy Hilfiger & Nautica on the street level while the women's and children's departments are located up the stairs covered with royal blue carpet. Favorite women's brands include Miss Sixty, Rampage, J-Lo, Nautica Jeans, Diesel, XOXO, Lacoste in addition to Kenneth Cole shoes. Azul is designed for maximum shopping comfort, the light blue indirect light under the ceiling, reflects in the carpet and interprets the store's name. The fitting room, jokes Francis, is the most secure in Aruba, built into the old Boolchand's safe.
