Dinner starts off with a Greek salad with feta cheese, onions, cucumber, tomatoes and olives in an orange vinaigrette, followed by a choice between tenderloin in bacon, served with truffle puree and asparagus or grilled salmon, served with beurre blanc pesto, spinach and potatoes.
