PALM BEACH, ARUBA (OCTOBER 23, 2012) – In the week of October 22-26 Marriott Sales teams worldwide are celebrating Global Customer Appreciation Week (GCAW), thanking their local and international clients for their business and support.
A part of the GCAW Marriott focuses on their Spirit to Serve Our Communities efforts, giving back to the local community. The Aruba Marriott has organized a 5 km fun walk on Friday October 26 at 5:00 pm from the Marriott Resort to Arashi and back. The zumba warm up starts at 5:00 pm followed by the fun walk at 5:30 pm.
Participants can sign up at the IBISA office by Certified. The contribution is 10 florin and includes a T shirt, sports bottle and refreshments. The profits for the caminata will be donated to the Fundacion pa nos Comunidad (FPNC).The FPNC is a non-profit organization who helps the less fortunate in Aruba, providing them food and clothing. Visitors of Aruba can are welcome to join and are able to sign up at the Marriott Resort front desk.
The registration will take place at 4:30 pm on Friday October 26 at the Marriott Ballroom. Raffle tickets will be handed out and participants can win great door prizes such as dinner certificates and weekend stays.
