Papillon Restaurant ranks high among Aruba’s top restaurants. With its excellent service and extraordinary dishes it stands out among the crowd. Papillon needs to be experienced, say Chef Bas Kuurstra and manager Tina van Mal and so they have come up with a fantastic Early Bird Special, which may be enjoyed between the hours of 5 and 7 pm.
The Early Bird dinner at Papillon costs $ 29.75, a glass of house wine included. The menu is made up of a choice of appetizers, entrees and desserts. The appetizers are either a soup of the day or a quiche Lorraine the classic way with eggs, leeks and bacon. The entrees are either a grouper filet served with white rice with vegetables and a light, spicy yet creamy tomato sauce or a filet Mignon with Mediterranean vegetables and potato gratin, served with a red wine-garlic sauce. Marinated melon with vanilla ice cream or coffee with cake make up the three course Early Bird dinner.
