Team members of the Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa were recognized by their peers and management for delivering outstanding performances and continuous positive contribution to the success of the intimate beach resort during a celebration at the French Steakhouse. Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa is very proud to earn the 2012 Certificate of Excellence on TripAdvisor, this due to traveler’s consistently commenting the highest praise through trip reviews and scoring the resort with a 4.5 out 5.0 rating which is as an exceptional achievement. Only the very best in the business are awarded a Certificate of Excellence.
In addition to the TripAdvisor Award which was a great team efforts the following nominees for employees of the 1st quarter of the year 2012 were recognized as well. Aracelys Sanchez for her commitment in providing good service, dedication and excellence in her daily task as a waitress and cashier during breakfast and lunch; Alejandra Sanchez Beach Cocktail Waitress of Pega – Pega Café Bar for her friendliness and attentiveness to the beach guests; Petra Werleman for taking so well care of the cleanliness of the resort; Michael Trott for his all around motivational efforts at the resort, including his regular security responsibilities; and Mario Garcia –Beach Attendant at the Pega-Pega Beach Bar for making the resort’s beach looks nice and neat.
Overall winner of the title Employees of the 1st Quarter 2012 is Michael Trott also known to our guests as Mike. Staff enjoyed a delicious pine-apple cake from the kitchen team decorated with the TripAdvisor Award which was brought into the restaurant with firework candle light.
