ORANJESTAD -- Aruba’s public transportation company, Arubus N.V., announces that in order to give an optimal service during the upcoming Torch Parade this Saturday night, there will be more buses on the streets.
The extra buses will leave from the bus station in San Nicolas to Oranjestad before the Torch Parade and when the parade finishes the buses will leave the bus station of Oranjestad to San Nicolas.
Arubus wants to offer everyone the opportunity to leave their car in the parking lot of Arubus in San Nicolas and use this service to go to downtown Oranjestad and back. This will avoid traffic jams, parking space, etc. Arubus assures all that at the end of the Torch Parade, there will be enough buses at the Oranjestad bus station and at the Aruba Entertainment Center to take everyone back safely to their destination or to the San Nicolas bus station.
After a night of dancing and merriment there is nothing more pleasant than to sit and relax and let the bus take you back home without having to worry about the traffic and people driving irresponsibly. Arubus guarantees everyone they have experienced drivers who will get you back home safe and sound.
