CCF07292011_web.jpgMany people believe that they will never be able to keep a diet, do sports and live a healthier life in the long run. They do not have the stamina, they are weak and they fall back before they know it, not having gained anything at all. The Health Awareness Fashion show at The Village Aruba, held this Friday, July 26 from 8 to 11 pm, will be geared towards everyone who has ever started a fitness routine, signed up at a gym or a course or began eating smaller portions and saying no to fast food but has given up.

Its title is: `It’s never too late’ and its conclusion is called `Never give up’. The idea is to fuel new enthusiasm and start again, this time for real, wearing great beachwear, bikinis and bathing suits and sports clothes that are the ultimate for tennis, yoga, beach tennis, soccer and fitness. A mental change is the first step; improved knowledge about food, exercise and healthy choices is number two.

The Health Awareness Fair at The Village will feature a fashion show, masseur Flo with  chair massages, 2x UCI BMX  World Champion Shanayah Howel and much more. The fair has been organized by Karin van der Vaart of A World in Motion & More; she is a fitness coach and imports clothing and supplements. Karin will be present during the event for anyone who needs information about losing weight and living a healthier life.
