This is a great week for Aruba and the Soul Beach Music Festival. Minister of Tourism - Mr. Otmar Oduber - is happy to announce the good news that this event is at the same level of quality as it was last year. It has even surpassed its own record for the quantity of visitors for the festival.
The primary goal was to invest 1 million dollars in events like the Soul Beach Music Festival. This assured the record breaking 4.800 tourist visits especially for this weekend's event compared to 4.700 the previous year.
Joe Laveist Stadium was recently prepared to cater for this festival and the entire team of Soul Beach Music executives who started arriving yesterday.




The line up is the following: Chrisette Michelle, Jennifer Hudson, Heads of State featuring Bobby Brown, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill will headline the Aruba Soul Beach Music Festival this Memorial Day weekend. Both concerts will be hosted by Mark Curry. Muhsinah (blackplanet.com competition winner) is to open for Jennifer Hudson on the last concert night.


The Local bands who will perform on the 2 concert nights are Basic 1 and Tsunami who's warm Caribbean music are well liked in several parts of the world.

Corey Holcomb and David Arnold are featured for the Comedy concert hosted by Mark Curry.
