Here on the island for Easter vacation? There is no better way to enjoy both Easter dinner and the freshest seafood, than at the island's oft-praised and top seafood restaurant, Aqua Grill in Palm Beach. Award-winning Executive Chef Scott Scheuerman has created a special Easter Sunday menu for the occasion, with a three-course dinner priced at a reasonable $45 per person (plus 15% service charge and tax) with a variety of choices to please all appetites. A children's menu is also available for the younger ones in the group.
The dinner begins with a choice between four different appetizers (hint: the Chesapeake crab cake and the seared tuna are guest favorites), the main course options -there are 6 to choose from-include fresh local catches (like grouper and yellowfin tuna), as well as scallops, sea bass, or a center-cut USDA sirloin for the non-seafood eaters in the group. For the sweetest of endings (there are 4 to choose from), Chef Scott only prepares fresh, from-scratch desserts, like cheesecake or a decadent fudge brownie. Aqua Grill also features live Maine lobster, the island's largest raw bar, and a "Wine Spectator" award for their wine list. For more information or to make reservations, call 586-5900.
