PALM BEACH - On Valentine's Day, couples chose to celebrate both their love for each other and their love of seafood at Aqua Grill, Palm Beach's popular seafood restaurant, located across from the Hyatt and next to Amazonia. The chicly Caribbean restaurant, with nuances of rustic New England charm, offers diners live Maine lobster, the island's largest raw bar, fresh fish and grilled steaks, as well as selections from a diverse wine list. Many guests on Valentine's evening also took advantage of the restaurant's patio and dined al fresco under the stars.
In addition to the regular menu, Chef Scott prepared a three-course Valentine dinner special that included his classic seafood chowder or a Caesar salad, followed by a choice of seared wild salmon and garlic shrimp or grilled filet mignon paired with Caribbean lobster tail. Chef Scott prepared an almond plum tiramisu for a sweet ending to the meal.
