This week, ECO Destination Management brought the MAC Casualty group, who is staying at the neighboring Hyatt Regency Resort, to Aqua Grill to experience the cuisine of this critically-acclaimed seafood restaurant. The restaurant's fresh-only seafood concept was a hit, and the non-seafood eaters in the group enjoyed choices of USDA steaks, chicken, and pasta dishes.
