PALM BEACH – “Not too big, not too small…and the best fresh seafood on the island,” said a meeting planner recently when asked why she chose Aqua Grill as the location for one of her group’s special dinners. The Palm Beach seafood sensation seems to be a hot spot for group events, with beautiful décor, warm island service, and menus that can be tailored just for them. Last week, another incentive group enjoyed a dinner event on Aqua Grill’s beautiful outdoor terrace surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
The group of 32 were part of an incentive trip from Tennessee-based company, Royal Industries, who indulged in fresh local catches like snapper, grouper, and mahi mahi prepared in the open-view kitchen, the island’s largest raw bar, and live Maine lobster, as well as steaks, pasta, and chicken for the non-seafood eaters in the group.
