PALM BEACH – Avid Pennsylvania fisherman Jack Fraught and his wife, Charlene, have been coming to Aruba for 31 years. Of course it’s the fun in the sun they love the most, but Jack also loves to fish and goes out every year with local Captain Monty.
Jack and his wife also know where to go when they want to dine on the freshest fish—Aqua Grill.
The award-winning and critically-praised restaurant in Palm Beach prepares their seafood on a wood-burning grill in an open-view kitchen. Fresh catches come from the island’s local fishermen, and other fresh delicacies, like live Maine lobster, are flown in daily.
