PALM BEACH - Recently, Aqua Grill restaurant in Palm Beach added more depth to their management team when Aruban native Kendrick Cillie was brought in as the new restaurant manager.
Kendrick was born and raised here on the island, but sought further education in the United States. His early career experiences include working in the all-inclusive resort arena, as well as banqueting operations. But it is his experience in, and passion for, fine dining that suit him so well for his role at Aqua Grill.
Personalized service is key to Kendrick's fine dining philosophy, and his love for wine will certainly synergize quite well with Aqua Grill's always-evolving wine list, which is one of the largest and most diverse on the island.
