Oranjestad – Kasa Alba, a new boutique resort & condominium broke ground in Morgenster, just below Aruba’s famous Haystack, in the presence of local dignitaries, press members and many of the Profet family members.
The project, an innovative concept conceived in Aruba, will feature high-end private residences with unique resort amenities. Project developers Carlos & Millie Profet, of INARCH N.V., report the project has been perfected over the past three years with sales on the move and construction just around the corner.
Kasa Alba is located on the main road from Oranjestad to Santa Cruz known as Morgenster. The area is centrally located and within minutes of driving from the Reina Beatrix airport, Oranjestad and the beaches.
Kasa Alba will be constructed over 5,947 sq ft of property land with an exclusive Caribbean, architectural villa and landscape design. This secured gated community will embrace 21 luxurious condominiums, ranging in size from one-bedroom suites to two bed rooms suites and penthouses.
